First "Combat Hard" Combative Skills Clinic

On December 10th, we conducted the first "Combat Hard"clinic at Greater Atlanta Christian School. There were 33 athletes and coaches in attendance. We worked on thai pad basic drills and added in a few MMA drills for fun. All the youth athletes and coaches had a blast and I can ensure you that they want more.

A website with more information will be available in Jan.

Be safe and remember, "Train Today for Tomorrow's Battles!"

Defeat is a state of mind. No one is ever defeated until defeat has been accepted as a reality. To me, defeat in anything is merely temporary, and its punishment is but an urge for me to greater effort to achieve my goal. Defeat simply tells me that something is wrong in my doing; it is a path leading to success and truth.

Welcome

Welcome to my new blog.

This blog will focus on Combative Skills for Athletic Enhancement.

I will discuss and focus on the "Battlefield Drills" These drills are designed to teach our youth how to "fight—without the fight.”

My mission is to teach our youth to "Love the Battle" and develop a Combative Spirit and Toughness.
