East Paulding Combative Skills Demonstration

On January 27, we conducted our third Combat Hard Combative Skills demonstration at East Paulding High School in Dallas, Georgia. It was a great pleasure to spend time in a fantastic facility and work with some great kids who showed courtesy and tremendous heart. We were truly impressed with their enthusiasm. My thanks to Jeff Edwards for facilitating this opportunity, to all the coaches at East Paulding who took the time to observe our program in action, and to the football players who gave their all.

KO FightGear

http://kofightgear.com

The below quote is directly from the website and I totally agree.  This the best MMA gear on the market.

KO FIGHTGEAR™ is often spoken of in tandem with the "prestige" Mixed Martial Arts and Muay Thai suppliers. In fact, fighters that have trained at a particular "prestige" brand's Thailand camp prefer and buy our Thai Pads. The design of our EZ On/Off Thai Pads is revolutionary, as it allows one person to conveniently put them on and take them off with no assistance. Our gear is well known for innovation, durability and product design, backed by excellent customer service. A sale is not concluded until we're informed that the customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.

The Combative Skills & Drills

Our Combative system is called Gutterfighting.  This training practice combines the use boxing and kick boxing skills practiced on focus mitts and Thai pads.  We utilize the Contact Reflex principle that is your ability to cover punches or kicks from your opponent and deliver your own counter attack using natural body movement. These drills are designed to keep all participants constantly moving in a circuit-training format.  This method of madness is to help better prepare you for the stress of the battle.  We believe in being “Fit to Fight”.
